Hello Judson Jaguars!  My name is Wish Hardeway and I am your 6^th grade counselor for the 2023 – 2024 school year. I have a passion for empowering students and fostering their holistic development.  My commitment to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional growth of students has been the driving force throughout my career.  With deep commitment to guiding students towards well- being and success, I am an experienced school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Associate.  

Throughout my career as a school counselor, I have the privilege of working with diverse student populations across various grade levels. My expertise spans from elementary to high school, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each age group. Over the years, I have successfully guided students through academic challenges, emotional struggles, and personal growth.  

I firmly believe that every student has the potential to thrive when provided with the right guidance and support. My counseling philosophy centers around building strong, trusting relationships with students, creating a safe space for them to express themselves, and assisting them in setting and achieving their academic and personal goals. 

Empowering students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential is not just my profession – it's my calling.
